1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your booking within the specified time frames based on the type of vehicle you reserved. For Sedans and SUVs, Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time. For Luxury Vans, Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the reservation time.
2. Non-refundable Cancellations
Cancellations made within one day of the reservation for Luxury Vans are non-refundable. This means you will not be eligible for a refund for these bookings. In the following scenarios, reservations are also considered non-refundable:
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the reservation time.
- If the chauffeur is en route to pick you up.
3. Cancellation Fee
For cancellations that are eligible for a refund, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and processing costs.
4. Requesting a Refund
If you meet the cancellation criteria and are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@luxyrider.com. A 4.00 % credit card fee is applicable on refunds.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your cancellation request. The exact time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
